Running Accomplishments:

No real accomplishments. I am kind of weak right now. I have run some half-marathons and 10k's.

Short-Term Running Goals:

To beat my Dad in the St. George marathon. Last year he ran a 3:32 and I wimped outNo long-term goals. So I am out to get him. That is both mine and my Dad's motivation, to beat the other.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Just to continue running and stay in shape.

Personal:

I am married and have twin boys that are 8 months. Also, I am on a new diet and it sucks!!!

This was a tough run for some reason, but you will have those. I need to be consistent this week and really run everyday and not just say I am going to. 

 

I am getting faster as I run, but I won't hit my stride until I get consistent.
